Kindly advise me of what is the best thing to do? i have application form for my vacation leave dated december 27, 2015 up to January 2016 but it was moved by January 5, 2016 to February 4, 2016 which i send an email to the company as they give the money late for my ticket. I didnt use the full 30 days of my leave and i report on duty January 24, 2016. Before i left and go vacation i asked the secretary of 3 questions which she answered clearly. 1 of that question is what if i didnt use the full 30 days and i will not use the remaining days and report early as my application, will you pay me full? she answered me yes the company will pay but if the company pay it, you cant use the remaining days. It was clear to me what she have told me. After a week of my rejoining and send payroll to the higher management, they told me they will not pay my leave as i need to use the 10 days remaining i have which was clear that they told me they can pay even i will not use it. My question now is, am i entitled to get my leave pay full even i use 20 days only and report on duty to the company early as my application and not use the remaining days?
