my company is preparing a training fro me in europe also making a 3 year bond with company leter head is preparing, once i agree to go training i should sign the agreement, if i am leavin the company in the middle of the agreement period they will ask compensation .
my question is.
if i signed the agreement is it a valid document or not, as per uae labour law.?
if i get a good opportunity in the coming months, if i resigned they will ask the compensation of training charges, is it a valid document in which company can produce this agreement in court for compensation.?
