Good day,I have an issue with my job I need some help for clarifying my doubts about UAE labour laws.
Till 14 th september I am working in a company as business development executive and my contract is limited. Suddenly on 14th September they asked a resignation letter from me and they are forcing for that.My probation period is over and almost 8 months I am working in this company. And they had given me a car ,now the issue is they are arguing with me that company car is not neat and the main factor is something related to car.They told me they will file a case against me for damaging company property .They gave me an option that if I gave a resignation letter then they will remove the ban and they will provide one month salary and air ticket , just in an oral communication. And they took my emirates Id from me.I hope you can help me with an appropriate solution.
