Last Feb 28, i got terminated from my job due to restructuring. According to my company, a semi - private company , my visa will be valid for three months only until May 31, 2019, though it will still expire on June 2, 2020. Because the termination is not related to my work performance, i felt i was dismissed illegally. Below are my questions
I filed a labour case against my employer, and case with Dubai court already, next hearing on June 26, 2019. Is it right for me to file a labour case due to wrong termination? Can i ask for compensation from company due to damage it caused for me and my family financially, emotionally and morally. So far, they provided me one month salary in lieu of notice and 3 months ex-gratia as they call it. maybe termination allowance. But still they have to compensate me for any damage, if proven by court as arbitrary dismissal.? right?
Since they will cancel my visa, anytime soon, can i get a temporary visa while my case is being heard in the court.? Kindly advise me the proper ministry to approach or whom to approach?
3, Can the company cancel my visa even though they are aware i have filed a labour case against them?
If i lose this case, will the court ban me from entering UAE.?
With regards to end of service benefits, am i allowed to get repatriation cost or allowance even though im not leaving UAE., or ill just transfer my visa
Appreciating your response and help since im really suffering from depression because of this matter.
