I just wanted to know if an employer terminates an employee during his probation – 6 months? and the company is simply trying to blame the employee for everything through emails since the employee was asking for his settlement also as the employee has filed a complaint with MoL. Now the company wants to settle down with the partial payment and get the case removed, are there any possibility that the company will counter attack the employee with another case or put a ban on the employee.
He was hired here locally in UAE, but doing Tour escort jobs in Europe? Wherein he has worked continuously for more than 15 hours a day for almost 2 months on his 2nd trip and 1 month on his 1st trip, what can he claim from the company? Meal allowance arlier was promised as Euro 15 /- even that they wanted to reduce to Euro 10 per meal, is there any other allowances that the employee is entitled to as per UAE Labor laws to cover while on company business trip
Need your help as company had terminated him almost 2 months and they had delayed in doing the payments so, had reported the matter to MoL, but then today they wanted him to come and collect the final settlement as per them and not including many other things like below and remove the case, kindly advice at the earliest:
Company has been taken all the commissions that he received in Euro’s as they had asked to report and also promised that it would be distributed as per company policy but he hasn’t received it?
Neither any overtime, weekly off and public holiday payments? Company had asked him to take a study leave to work on project for 12 days now they want to cut from the weekly off, also an employee is entitled for annual leave calculation of minimum 2 days per month?
Wanted to know if he is entitled to a one-way ticket back home?
