Ive been working since january 2014 in this company. I stay 2 years in one project which i received a good grades from the line manager. They transfer me to new project which i stay 7 months and received termination due to performance. I ask them why performance if i deliver my work on time and do all the work without complain. They said performance includes behavior and communication with your team. If i am having a good communication with the other project and my professional development review is great. They will use performance in the termination letter? Can i do something about it?Can i complain to my company?
