I went to labor together with my P.R.O. as per law my contract is limited and i am not finishing my 3rd contract i have 1 year ban. My P.R.O. ask me if i am looking for a job he said my ban will be cleared if i join free zone. I have offer as a manager and free zone company. How can i approach my P.R.O. that i get a new job offer, I will exit in U.A.E. to have my new free zone Visa?Thank you. Waiting for your reply.

I would like to under unlimited contract, if in case Employer terminates due to poor performance after a year what benefits Employee will get and alternatively what happens under circumstances Employers takes resignation from Employee.. Hope you can help me out both circumstances
If you are terminated under Article 120, then there are no benefits.However, if there was no reason for termination, then your employer should provide you with compensation of 3 salaries, gratuity, air ticket to back home, leave cash.
