I have been working with a company for the past seven years under their work visa; but I now learnt that my employer wants to move me into one of his other company visas, for reasons they haven't disclosed.
Is there any legal ramifications of this? like will it still be considered my eight, ninth and so on years worked under the same company when it comes to calculating my gratuity?
He said there is no difference because under the records it is the 'same sponsor'. Is this true?
