While I am pretty sure that I have a valid case, there is one concern. As you know the market condition is not good so despite all that, I would like to continue the job until I have some alternte one. So my question is: if the case in MOL or court goes in my favor, the company cannot terminate me but can they say that due to xyz reasons, they cannot give me more salary thereon? I believe that they will give me dues upto the date when case was filed and then leave me with the option of either resigning or working on less salary. Can court ask them not to reduce salary unilaterally? Will i be able to continue the job mormally with my actual salary after the complaint?
