Please could you advise as to the implications of resigning from a job that someone has in the UAE, from outside of the country, in terms of a labour/immigration ban.
Furthermore, if someone resigns from outside of the country and fails to pay their employer the compensation for early termination of contract, what are the legal implications, if any? Is failing to pay the compensation viewed in the same way as defaulting on a credit card etc? Is someone then liable to be arrested if they re-enter the country in future?
