Need your help while finalizing "End of service benefits calculations" for one of our ex-employee working @ Abu Dhabi. Employee has resign from his current assignment with 30 days prior notice and we are accepting his resignation with immediate effect because his Visa is going to be expired within few days and just because of serving the notice period we will not proceed further regarding his visa renewal.
Query: Is it mandatory for us to pay notice pay to employee because of accepting his resignation with immediate effect rather than asking him to serve the notice period.
