Dear Deepak, I hope you are doing well. My Visa expired on July 4th 2017 and I gave resignation on 18th July as I am planning to go back to India on 18th Aug. As my Visa expired and my current company wants me to complete one month notice period and I am currently working in notice period. As my visa expired who gonna pay the overstay the employer or me.? I am working in unlimited contract and i have finished my two years contract. So I am eligible for gratuity and flight ticket from the employer.? Please advice. Thanks in advance.
