I worked with a foreign exchange company in Abu Dhabi for 18 months on an unlimited contract for 4500 AED. I got a better offer of 7000 AED and switched to another foreign exchange company. After almost 10 days of work visa application, my PRO informed that the work visa is rejected by the immigration. The application status only said "Rejected" without any reasons being mentioned. I tried to contact MOL/Immigration by phone/visits and emails but the response was the same from everywhere.
My company asked me to go back to India and told me that they'll re-apply my visa after a gap of six months(since the labor laws were about to change starting from 2016). I completed six months on May 2, 2016. Meanwhile I got another offer from a free zone company in Dubai, They applied my visa recently but again there's a rejection without any reasons being mentioned. Since this is a free-zone company, there's no MOL involved. So it is certain that DNRD/Immigration has rejected the visa application.
Since the reason for rejection is not mentioned I don't know the problem. And hence I have no clue how to find the solution.
Please help me on how to approach this problem.
