I have a question related to recruitment during pregnancy. First, is there any clear law on whether you should or should not disclose pregnancy while being interviewed for a position? When is it more suitable as this is definitely something that cannot be hidden. Second, if it is the case and a lady finds herself on a job hunt and applying for work while pregnant, what is the most secure procedure for her to still be able to be offered the position during the recruitment process and when should she talk about her pregnancy? On a side note, is it legal in the UAE for the potential employer to ask during the interview whether you are planning to get pregnant just because you mention being married?
