Myself Shabeer, working at one of the leading telecom vendor at Bangalore, India. In December 2016, Telco Operations FZ LLC on behalf of Du telecom, Dubai offered job for the position of Engineer. Resigned from current organization, Need to serve 90 days notice period. Whereas forcefully cut down notice period to 60 days upon continuous request from Telco Operations FZ LLC and my last working day was 28th Feb 2017. Submitted all the necessary documents required for Visa processing along with all relevant attestation on degree certificate from concerned department, say HRA, MEA, Dubai embassy etc. On February 15th received a call from Telco Operations confirming that VISA has been received and also confirmed date of joining as 7th Mar 2017. Few days later received another call stating that Offer put on hold and there is no confirmation when it will be processed. By this time my notice period came to an end. Somehow I have reverted back my notice period to 90 days and revised date was 31st Mar 2017. The extended one month again I was waiting for their final approval for confirmation. But I didn't get any
confirmation till 30th Mar 2017. Resignation incurred lot of cost in terms of money and personal benefit like promotion/Increment/Bonus etc. Now the current situation is that I have withdrawn my resignation
with lots of issues with management by forcefully agreed to the following terms and condition that there is no promotion, ZERO increment and Bonus. Also mandatorily need to serve for another 1 year, No resignation will be accepted. I cannot look for new job for another 1 year. As of now, without new job
to survive. These all things happened due to unprofessional and unethical attitude from Telco Operations FZ LLC.
Hence requesting you to suggest appropriate way to get considerable compensation as I'm not much aware of UAE Labour Law.
Also i've contacted Ministry of HR, UAE. They requested me to write a mail to freezone department, UAE. But i didn't get any reply.
