I have a case of termination of some of my team members.
We are having limited contract with their staff some have service less than 2 years and some have service more than 2 years.
For termination of Limited contract , they are supposed to pay a compensation of 3 months to the employee.
Can I give them a notice period of 3 months in lieu of the 3 months compensation.
What does the UAE law recommend. Will I have to give them 3 months compensation even if I give them 3 months notice period.
