I wanted to know how is medical leave calculated? Is it on the basis of whole Financial Year or Calender Year or however employer wants in a 12 months & later it will be renewed after 12 years.
Usually i calculate as per the date of Joining of the employee till he completes 1 year & after that his medical leave is renewed. Is it ok if changed it to Financial Year instead of Date of Joining of an employee?
Will there be any consequences?
