Can you please let me know how much in advance my company should inform me before termination of my services or laying off. As per my understanding they should give me the notice 3 months prior but in my case my visa will be expiring on 25 May. Can I ask them to (a) renew my visa or arrange my visit visa for 3 months after it expires (b) 3 months salary (c) 3 months medical. I've been serving in this company from 25 May 2014.
What is written your contract with regards to notice period?If you have a 3 month notice, your company should employ you for 3 months of compensate you if it is immediate termination.
the labor law gives 30 days of notice but u can get compensation up to 3 salaries, cancellation ticket etc just to generally clarify but also depends on ur contract, job designation etc
