There are different cases which people come across while sponsoring the UAE visa. In such cases, there is a different set of rules that are followed for such people.
Let us suppose if there is a person who wants to sponsor his wife and her son. The special case that arises here is the son of the wife is from her previous husband. What will happen if the person is having a NOC and the birth certificate of the child? How will he be able to apply for the visa?
In such a case, first of all, all the documents must be legalized and notarized. All of these documents are to be authenticated from the ministry of that country first and then from the embassy of UAE that is present in that particular country. When all of these documents will get legalized, the required papers will be needed to get attested Ministry of Foreigners Affairs and International Co-operation in the UAE.
After doing all the above-mentioned stuff, you must write an application as you are having a special case for sponsoring. The General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs Department (DNRD) is the one whom you will make an application too and it will wholly depend on them whether to assist you in your special case and allow you the Visa or not.
It might seem a little different from the simple cases of Visa in UAE. In this case as the son of the wife was not the real son of the person sponsoring so, the things were a bit different. All of this occurs so that there may remain no ambiguity in anything at all. Sometimes little things confide us a lot which stops us from taking the steps we need to take for so long. Just like in this case, if someone else faces the same situation, he might keep on delaying just because of the thought that the things will make a little more time because of the “special case’’.
For such confusions, people must take the legal advice from the people who are experts in this field. This is because they are the ones who can give them better guidance than anyone else all other resources might also give them advice but those bits of advice will never be legal. So, it is always better to take the legal advice rather than relying on other things.
What does the law suggest;
The law basically suggests that all the documents that are being sent to the ministry of foreign affairs and the UAE embassy of that country must be authentic without any error at all. This will help the procedure to be carried spontaneously without any problem. After doing all of this you can easily send the application to DNRD for the special case. In this case, we had a special case of a son so we would first send the documents and then send the application to DNRD for that son of the wife.
