Hello! I am currently working at an infamous net cafe in Dubai that just opened last October 2016, 3 of the shareholders of the company decided to hire me and asked me to start working last January 2,2017 and gave me an Offer Letter on February 2, 2017. I've read all that was written and agreed seeing that my current employer told me he started working for my visa already, and I am pretty sure, as far as I know I am doing my job very well. But as I asked about my visa seeing it has been 2 months already and they promised me an accomodation, health insurance, emirates ID and benefits of the company-- the other shareholder, a lady, wants to hold my visa processing until she comes back by 15th of this month and plans to just kick me out for a fact that "she doesn't like me". Now, I would like to ask anyone out here, what kind of case could I possibly file against my current employer? You see the one who's running for my visa doesn't have control over the financial statement of the company and this other shareholder, the lady, has power over it and wouldn't wanna give the one processing my visa money so he could get through my visa stamp, as we all know finances is entirely needed to get it done. I find all of these ridiculously unfair, one evasive act of fraudulence. They made me work for 2 months already, without any identification on my hand, without any breathe of legality as what long has to be done is being stamped of "employed". How do I do this? I am in dire need of help from anyone. I really want to file a case against my lady boss too, seeing she wants to fire me while my papers are on process, while my probation's been long overdue and trying to hold my will against me by stopping my visa without being of financially help. Any advices is welcome. Thanks for reading.
