An employee has been terminated due to poor performance at work despite of a written, accepted and signed warning letter.

Basic Salary: AED 10,000
As per his contract, he is allowed for a day off every week. But most of days of the month, he took 2 days off.
In this case, total no. of leave has been calculated to 128 days. Since he already finished 3 years in the company, 90 days has been deducted (allowed leave) from 128 days.
Total extra days leave is 38 days. Can the equivalent amount of money of 38 days be deducted from his final settlement?
