I am currently working in Abu Dhabi in a reputed hospital
I have received a job offer from another hospital group based in the Northern Emirates. I have a couple of queries on the terms of the offer they gave me, I would like to know if its safe to sign the job offer and tender resignation. The Labor contract is expected to be processed in a week.
I need to know if the terms below are valid for a limited contract and also should the exact terms as stated below from my job offer need to be incorporated in the Mol offer contract:-
Details of Job Offer Letter:
1.Salary Breakdown- Of my total salary basic salary is only around 35.63% of the total salary. Is there a minimum percentage that they should maintain for basic out of the total salary as per Labour law? Besides my current company's basic salary is higher than the offered basic salary.
2.Air ticket allowance- They have stated a fixed air ticket allowance per year of completed service. Should I ensure this is added to the labor approved contract letter?
3.Paid Vacation: As per the company, I will receive only Basic + HRA, as part of my paid leave. Is this legal, since I have received my full salary during leave in my current and previous organizations.
4. Contract Period - The job offer shows as 2 years and renewable, does this exact term need to be mentioned in the Mol approved contract letter?
5.Probation period mentioned as 6 months.
6.Notice Period- 3 months
