please let me know about few doubts in Gratuity calculations
1.Any differences in calculating gratuity in JAFZA , apart from Dubai ?
2 what is procedure of calculating Gratuity for limited contract ? any changes in 2016? or still is it only after continue service of 5 years with same employer?
3. how to calculate leave salary settlement in final settlements? is it only the basic pay ? In AUH and Sharjah people got full salary as leave salary when they filed case in labour court ?
4. what are the compensation payable by employer and Employee if they break limited contracts? is it calculated only by basic pay or gross salary ? In AUH and sharjah , it is paid as gross salary
