Good morning, I have staff under Limited Contract ( 29-05-2014 to 28-05-2016 ). He has been terminated last March 3, 2016, and the noticed has been served to him as well. The grounds of his termination is one of those in Article 120.
My question will be regarding his final settlement? I am aware that he is entitled for his annual leave, but what about his end of contract benefits?
And one more thing since the ground of his termination is in Article 120, can the company charge him for an early termination compensation?
