I have some doubts regarding the labour laws…
An employee with unlimited contract finishes his first 2 year contract and given letter for non renewal of contract.
What will be his total end of service benefits as per labour law (emirate of Abu Dhabi – 500 basic pay and 500 other allowance)
Some sites says that, leave salary of an employee is the basic wage + housing allowances
And some sites saying that, basic pay + HRA +all other allowance except bonuses …(some one says this is available only in Dubai…not in Abu Dahbi…)
As we are the company from Abu Dahbi, what should I follow?
About the ticket for the employee, company wish to keep him for work but employee don’t want to continue the contract after completing 2 years contract. He has given non renewal of contract also. In that case company has to give the return ticket to him or not?
