Under Article 121 of UAE Law you may sack your boss and you don't even have to give notice.
_Article 121 _
_A worker may abandon his work without notice in either of the following cases: _
_1. If the employer fails to honour his obligations towards the worker, as _
_provided for in the contract or in this Law. _
2. If he is assaulted by the employer or the employer's legal representative.
However before you do anything get in touch with the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MOHRE) so as to ensure there is no ban on you by the rogue company.
Ministerial Decree No 739 of 2016, tightened up on the many cheating employers.
Basically if wages are not paid in accordance to the Wage Protection System (WPS) within 10 days
The MOHRE can impose fines and suspend the employer's licence and refuse the employer a work permit.
