First of all thanks for updating us. I highly appreciate your support. At this point I need to sought out some personal issues with my employer. So I seek your advice. This mail is in regards with my remuneration. I'm working for a LLC company for last 18 months and I'm about to complete my contract by this July 2016. And its a 2 year limited contract.
I'm a Land surveyor basically and this is my second employment in UAE. I've been recruited as a land surveyor to my current company in 2014 June. Once i was on board, I realized that my company doesn't have a single equipment which is related to surveying. I inquired about it and they said that's why i'm on board to start up a separate department for surveying. I was happy to hear that. But six months gone nothing is happening. Now the reply was different. They said they don't have funds for machinery. And the saddest part I was doing something else during this tenure. I wad doing their irrigation works as their site engineer. I had no option. During this stage my wife came down to UAE under my visa and she found a good job in a leading bank.
January 06th 2015, surprisingly, My management gave me a termination letter. Reason was lack of performance. The notice period was ten days. I couldn't leave cuz if i leave my wife will loose her job as well.

Can they do it for me and what basis they judged my performance as they recruited me as a surveyor and used me as an irrigation engineer ?

Then they came up with a brilliant idea. they knew that i was in a desperate situation and took advantage. They reduced my salary from 5000 to 3000 AED. I had to accept it as my situation was like that. I had a loan to pay. I wanted to pay it as i utilized it. I didn't wanted to be banned from UAE. So I agreed. But I did not sign any sought of docs. It mentioned as 3000 basic and 2000 other allowance in my LC. and then they have changed it.
Can they reduce my salary for these type of reasons ?
From Jan 2015, six months I was paid only 3000. From Aug I'm getting 4000 up to date. As per January 2016, They have deducted 19000 AED from me. (2000x7 and 1000x5).
Can I claim my money ?
I cannot work anymore. I'm stressed. I have decided to leave the company. But not yet given the resignation. Two months salary pending. Daily working excess hour till late night. I'm ready to go. As my wife is in banks visa i'm not in that desperate situation anymore. But I don't want to leave empty hands.
I need to fight for my hard work and get my money back.
Once again It would be very grateful if you could advice me and guide me for a legal path. so that I can go to the ministry or to the courts if necessary and if you think that they will help me in this case since its injustice. Hope you will reply me back on this.
