yasir, it is not allowed to deduct your salary and its illegal if you have completed your probation period as per company then at the time of your emergency leave, then it should be deducted from annual leave, as per MOL each month 2.5 days leave calculated and you are eligible after your probation period,
as you are saying you have completed then you are eligible to take 15 days leaves from annual leaves
As the HR to settle your emergency leave from your eligible leaves which is 2.5 days for each month
if they deduct from annual days then they should pay for your 5 days.
