Good day! I am a bachelor's degree holder with documents fully attested and with red ribbon. I am working since March 2015 and planning to hand in my resignation as soon as the new law is implemented. I am under an LLC company and on an unlimited visa. Here are my questions.
- If I push through with my plan, will I still get a labour ban and do I have to pay for anything because I didn't finish my contract?
- Is the new law applicable to contracts made before it's implementation on January 2016?
- Do I have to get an NOC from my company even if I hand them a resignation letter with a 30 day notice?
- According to my understanding, payment of amount equal to 3 months wage by the terminating party is only for limited contracts. Please correct me if I'm wrong.
