If my company contract says 3 month probation period but Ministry of Labour contract says 6 months probation period, which will be recognised by Labour court? (Unlimited contract)
Labor law says that probation period can not exceed 6 months, probation period is decided by company as an internal policy which should not be more that 6 months but can be less.
Thank you but that doesn't answer my question. The ministry of labour contract is different to the internal contract, so which one is considered in labour court?
