My company now doesn't want to pay any of my gratuity.
The company dismiss me applying for me the case# 1 which is mentioned below, however I submitted a guest satisfaction survey in stead of the guest but as per the guest agreement, so our regular guests sent to me on my e-mail their surveys which I submitted then through on line
Here is Article 120 of UAE Federal Labour Law:
An employer may dismiss a worker without notice in any of following cases;
1) if the worker adopts a false identity or nationality or submits forged certificate or documents.
Is it possible to be used against me this law?
