I am working as specialist in a hospital.I joined 10 month back. Is it true that after 1 st Jan 2016 there will be no ban if i will change my Job before completing my 2 year limited contract?
from what I have heard, yes. For Skill Level 1,2,3, there will be not labour ban.More clarity is awaited. Hi deepak , upon reading the new Labour law, the skill level 1,2,3 refers to holdera of college degrees, post high school deploma and high school certificate, You can correct me if am wrong thanks
I don't think so. If you have existing labour ban, it will continue till it expires!

Yes.DMCC does not come under MOL. It won't apply there!

If you join free zone in any case you will have labour ban. However, make sure the free zone does consider your employment application if you have labour ban also.
Dear deepak, how can I know what if it's free zone visa? Visa is valid for one year period if she resigned or terminate do she have to pay or have ban?
Not sure whether I understand your point.Free zone visa bears the name of the Free Zone as sponsor when stamped in the passport.
I need your valuable suggestion in my case. I am in Dubai and joined a consultancy company 3 months back as a contractor. I am having an bachelor degree in Engineering and I am under a limited term contract for 2 years and it is a main land visa. As per the contract my probation period is 6 months and I am under probation period now. As per the visa my designation is computer engineer. Somehow I don't like the working environment and would like to resign from there. Could you please advise me whether will I face any labour ban if I am resigning from the job. I heard there will not be labour ban from 2016 onwards and would like to get your suggestion on it. Also do I need to pay any compensation for breaking the contract as nothing is mentioned in my contract apart from 2 weeks notice period.
sir I just finished my 9 month in U.A.E , and I have contract for 2 year with my company if I get another job after January can company release me to work in another company or anyhow I need to finish my 2 year contract with my company ?

It should be mutually agreed to break the contract. Then there will be no ban. THis is as per the new rules.
