Thanks for your reply, Labor ban is not my concern since it can be lifted with the salary anyways. My concern is, as mentioned is in the subject of my e-mail....
1) The possibility of getting one year ban if I decide to resign before end of my 2 years limited contract ( first term ) and is that applicable to managers on high positions?
2.) I've seen in the new law that the signed job offer will bond legally the both parties (the employer and the employee), so once signed i can't be withdrawn? Is that true and if yes, is it applicable to the job offers signed before January 2016?
Would appreciate Deepak if you can go tru my questions more in details because i need the second opinion and today is difficult to get it, even from the MOL.
