Can anyone share the leave policy which is followed by their employer. In my company the management has decided to include the Fridays and Saturdays which will be following in the start and at the end of the annual vacation.
Also we are allowed to split Annual leaves for only 2 times (which is the same as law says)
I want to understand if this is followed in any other company as well and is it fine to do like that.
