One of our staff members asked for a raise.
His current basic is 13300 AED. We have proposed to amend his contract to Basic 10000 AED and GA 4300 AED. He has unlimited contract vith Abu Dhabi residency visa.
- Is this amendment legal?
- Do we have to pay his End of service benefits first based on old contract prior to switching to the new contract (we would like to avoid payment of the EOSB) ?
