I am working as an accountant. After completing my one year contract with my current employer. I decide to leave the job as I got a new one. The company is ready to cancel my visa and I have given the resignation Letter on 01/12/2015 to my current company and I got the offer of AED: 4,500/- plus accommodation. My employment contract is of unlimited duration and I hold an B.Com degree. My Last salary was 2,500/- and the new offer is 4,500/- for the post of accountant. Please advise whether a labour ban will be imposed on me. If so, is there any possibility of lifting the ban?
If i will cancel my visa with my current employer, how much salary i required to skip the ban.
Sir, Please reply me as soon as possible, because on 02/01/2016 my current employer will cancel my visa.
And one more thing I heard that from 2016 the labour law are going to change and what are the necessary changes please tell me sir.
