You were recommended by my friend to me and told me you have deep knowledge of UAE Labour Law which i am about to ask your advice.
I have been already working with my current company here in Dubai for almost 2 years now. As part of the offer letter and contract that i signed, the accommodation & transportation is provided by company. However, when i asked an accommodation, they told me they do not have accommodation for Filipino (Philippines) nationality. They are following the "no mixed nationalities" in our camp. Most people staying in our camp are Pakistani, Indian, and Bangladesh, so, this is the reason. Now, i would like to know what is my right, do i have the rights to ask for an accommodation and transportation by cash and add it to my monthly salary? Or my company have rights to refuse to give me?
Kindly advise what is the best action i need to take. I am paying my own rent and my transportation going to work for almost 2 years now.
